Shipping & Warranty & Returns


Allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped from our New York HQ. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. USPS standard shipping takes between 5-10 business days for domestic deliveries. MASON & MADISON CO. offers free domestic priority shipping on orders over $200. Allow 7-45  business days for all standard international orders.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

There is a warranty within 30 days of purchase for damaged items. After 30 days, there is a repair fee. Warranty does not apply to sale items. To request a warranty repair or for more info, please email with your order number and supplemental photos.

If the item is sold out, there is nothing we can do. No exchanges for a different item because it has been worn and cannot be repaired/resold.

MASON & MADISON CO. offers FREE exchanges (no return shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases on all products with the exception of “sale” items that are final sale.  Your return must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date with our pre-paid return shipping label. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. Any purchases made during a promotional period are not eligible for exchanges.

  1. Return is initiated by the customer within 14 days of delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whatever courier service was used. MASON & MADISON CO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
